Performance Tiling were engaged by ADCO Constructions to supply and complete tiling to the new Regis Nedlands Aged Care development in Nedlands.
Consisting of 141 rooms some with views of the Swan River and over 12,000m2 of tiles this was a project that required a fast pace for the quick turnaround ADCO needed.
Given over 90 percent of the project required installation of epoxy grout this was no easy task, however the project was tiled and finished within the four-month given deadline.
Performance Tiling's own Screed Pump allowed for efficient pumping of screed straight up five stories to the large open roof top deck which was then tiled creating a fantastic outdoor recreational area for the residents.
