Performance Tiling was engaged by ADCO Constructions to complete all tiling works as part of the $45 million dollar revamp of the Parmelia Hilton Hotel Perth.
As specified by Cox Architecture works included a full lobby redesign complete with natural stone floors and walls, a custom mosaic feature wall and external cobblestone. All 10 levels of rooms were also refurbed and the external of the hotel with newly tiled walls and cobblestones floors.
The team used the Performance Screed Pump to push the screed up all 10 levels enabling efficient access to all 234 bathrooms which were then fully retiled. The Parmelia Hilton successfully reopened in February 2021.
